About Launch OS Marketing

Launch OS Marketing helps high-ticket businesses scale through performance marketing (Meta ads), conversion-focused funnels, and reliable marketing systems.

We’re building something big, and we’re looking for A players who want to help build it - people who take pride in their work, bring ideas to the table, and take ownership of results.

If your goal is simply to clock in, complete assigned tasks, and clock out, this role won’t be the right fit. We want someone who identifies opportunities, solves problems, communicates proactively, and follows through.

About the role

The Senior Funnel & Marketing Systems Engineer owns the technical journey from ad click to application, booked call, follow-up, and recorded sale.

You’ll turn approved copy, offer direction, and client assets into polished, conversion-focused funnels. You’ll also build and maintain the CRM workflows, integrations, attribution, and dashboards behind them.

This is a hands-on role spanning both frontend execution and backend systems. You should be equally comfortable improving a mobile page layout, diagnosing a broken integration, and verifying that a sales dashboard reflects accurate numbers.

You’ll manage technical delivery across six to eight clients, balancing new builds, onboarding projects, ongoing improvements, and maintenance.

You own the complete, tested result - not just your portion of the task list.

Responsibilities

  • Build conversion-focused funnels. Develop landing pages, sales pages, applications, booking flows, checkout flows, and supporting pages for DSL/VSL, webinar, challenge, quiz, advertorial, free-training, and low-to-high-ticket ascension funnels.
  • Own design and frontend execution. Translate approved copy and client assets into intentional layouts with strong typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and clear calls to action. Build responsive experiences using platform tools and custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Build and maintain GoHighLevel and HubSpot systems. Configure forms, custom fields, pipelines, qualification logic, lead routing, sales assignments, calendars, and lifecycle stages.
  • Develop email and SMS automations. Build nurture, booking, reminder, no-show, follow-up, and reactivation workflows with appropriate triggers, branches, timing, and stopping conditions.
  • Connect the tools behind the funnel. Implement integrations through Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and tools such as SendBlue. Maintain accurate field mappings, prevent duplicate actions, and troubleshoot failed transfers.
  • Implement attribution and conversion tracking. Support primarily Meta-driven acquisition by preserving campaign information, validating conversion events, and connecting marketing activity to CRM outcomes.
  • Build sales and attribution dashboards. Provide visibility into leads, qualified applications, bookings, attendance, sales, ad spend, and collected revenue. Define metrics clearly and reconcile reporting against source records.
  • Own quality control. Test the customer journey, page behavior, data flow, and automation logic before handoff. Verify that systems continue working after launch.
  • Manage delivery proactively. Scope work, provide realistic estimates, track dependencies, and communicate progress, blockers, and capacity concerns early.
  • Improve how we build. Create reusable components, documented workflows, checklists, and processes that increase speed and reliability across client accounts.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining direct-response funnels for high-ticket businesses.
  • Strong hands-on experience in GoHighLevel and HubSpot, including their workflows, CRM structures, and integration capabilities.
  • Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills for custom layouts, responsive behavior, forms, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong visual judgment. You understand spacing, typography, hierarchy, and consistency, and can produce polished pages without needing a detailed mockup for every build.
  • Practical understanding of conversion rate optimization, including message continuity, credibility, form friction, and clear next steps.
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and field mapping, including investigating failed or duplicated data transfers.
  • Experience implementing attribution and building dashboards that connect marketing activity with sales outcomes.
  • A repeatable process for testing, documentation, and quality control.
  • The ability to prioritize across multiple clients and manage competing deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical issues to nontechnical teammates.
  • Experience using Codex, Claude Code, or comparable AI development tools effectively.

Our standard for automation is simple:

If you don’t know how to do something manually, you cannot automate it.

You must understand the underlying process, explain the logic you implement, and troubleshoot the systems you build. We expect you to use modern tools effectively and take responsibility for everything you ship.

Quality standards

Quality control is part of the build. Before handing work over, you should have checked:

  • Desktop and mobile layouts, spacing, typography, links, and calls to action.
  • Forms, validation, submissions, bookings, and checkouts where applicable.
  • Field mappings, qualification rules, pipeline stages, and owner assignments.
  • Workflow branches, delays, re-entry, and duplicate submissions.
  • Messaging eligibility and stopping conditions after bookings, replies, or opt-outs.
  • Attribution data, conversion events, and reporting accuracy.
  • Failure handling and recovery for unsuccessful integrations.

You should be able to show what you tested, what passed, and what still needs attention.

Expected results

  • Polished funnels: Pages look intentional, work across devices, and require minimal avoidable rework.
  • Reliable launches: Builds meet agreed requirements and timelines, with risks communicated early.
  • Dependable automations: Leads reach the correct destination, follow-up reflects their current status, and failures are visible and recoverable.
  • Accurate reporting: Dashboards use clearly defined metrics and numbers that reconcile with underlying records.
  • Clear communication: The Growth Marketing Manager and CMO know what is complete, what is next, and what needs a decision.
  • Stronger processes: Reusable systems and documentation improve delivery speed and reduce recurring mistakes.
  • Proactive improvement: You identify issues and opportunities before someone has to assign them to you.
